The W8150 Ventilation Controller will determine the amount of ventilation necessary depending on how many rooms are in the home and large they are. The unit uses a R22 refrigerant also.
Installation is ideal for a crawlspace, attic, basement and the unit should preferably be installed next to a concentrate drain where water can be siphoned off. The unit can be installed as a stand alone as long as a drain is in the area.
